Monday house time beginning in Lent will consist of events to help deepen the school’s faith life. The events, which will be held on four consecutive Mondays, will include adoration and living stations.
“We will be sacrificing our social time and do more of a spiritual aspect of the community system,” said Assistant Principal Mr. Alan Schuckman.
For four Monday’s of Lent, the entire school will meet and participate in some Lenten sacrifices. These events will take place during the 40-minute house time schedule.
Events will include adoration brought to BC by Jessie Elpers as a part of the Wichita Adorers Ministries and living stations put on by Mr. Rosales and the drama department. Events will be decided and participated in by students. More events are soon to be decided.
Schuckman said he hopes this will give students the “opportunity to grow spiritually.”
