Week 11: Maize Eagles

This week is the battle between the eagles and it should be a good match up. Maize, like us, lost to Derby earlier this season. We have been watching lots of film on Maize and we have found a weak spot in their defense which we will look to expose. Maize’s defense works fast and looks to make the big plays which means they are prone to give up big plays as well. We are going to need to play hard and play together like last week if we want to win. Coach Trail has been telling us that we have to play to win instead of playing not to lose. The difference is when you play to win you are aggressive, but when you play not to lose you are tentative.  We are going to play to win so make sure to come out and support your Golden Eagles Friday night.
