In this issue of Speak Out!, Monica Carrillo asked a student from each class these questions:

  1. What is your dream spring break vacation? Why?
  2. What are your biggest goals for the rest of the school year? Why are they important to you?
  3. What has been your favorite thing about this school year? Why?

Kylee Crabtree – Senior

  1. My dream spring break would be to get a hippie van and travel to another state. All of my friends and I would drive the van as our way of transportation.
  2. My goals for the rest of the school year are to maintain my grades and try to get them as high as possible. This is important to me because I want to finish off the school year strong. 
  3. My favorite thing to happen this year was my group of friends all coming together. Having those friends to take beyond high school and through the rest of life is great. 

Madison Lathem – Junior

  1. My dream spring break is to go to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I like the ocean and I love to play on the beach. 
  2. To keep straight A’s and to score well on the ACT. It’s important because I want to be able to look early into admission to K-State. 
  3. My new baby cousin. He’s super cute and I love him and my family. 

Maddy Morris – Sophomore

  1. My dream spring break is to go to Bora Bora. I just think it is absolutely gorgeous. 
  2. My goal for the year is to finish with good grades and to keep up my GPA. It’s important so I can get into a good college, which is another one of my goals. 
  3. Going to the March for Life. It was a really good experience and I had a lot of fun.  

Reagan Lathem – Freshman

  1. My dream spring break is Myrtle Beach. I think it;s beautiful and I miss the ocean. 
  2. My goal is to get straight A’s. I’ve always held myself to those standards. 
  3. My favorite thing to happen this year is meeting new people. Also just experiencing high school life.
